Awesome!!!

I just got back from a wonderful stay at the Hawthorn Suites. The Hotel is beautiful, so is the staff! On Wednesday night Stacey and Kaitlyn we're very helpful. Check in went very smoothly and they had excellent team work. There is no I in team with them. They were so delightful! Please give them a pat on the back for me! Sincerely, David Turton

Good service

I recently stayed at the Hawthorn Suites and was weary to stay there due to the negative comments previously given. There were no rude people upon check-in, in fact they were so friendly I even remembered their names. Thanks to Kait, Christal, Meghean, & Eileen. No matter what we needed, one of these 4 girls seemed to always be on to help us: restaurants, places to see, questions, anything! The rooms were smaller than expected but very clean. The breakfast was awesome but the manager's special could use some revamping. I would stay here again, especially if the same people are working.

Awesome!!!

The staff is great very helpful. The front desk girl that was there in the mornings helped us out with everything. the rooms are spacious and clean. housekeeping def. paid attention to the details. i would def stay here again. Overall a very pleasant experience. To be honest the other reviews made me a little nervous staying here but i dont understand how they could even bash this hotel at all.

Bad experience

Stayed 1 night. Didn't get reserved room type as I was told they had no more available. Fridge in room didn't work. Wireless internet in room didn't work. Front desk was anything buy helpful. Room smelled of mildew.

Love it! Love it!

This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at and we got quite a deal on price. The staff was so nice - the gentleman at the front desk even printed me up a map on Mapquest as to how to get to some points of interest in Mass and RI. The breakfast in the morning was overflowing with food. There were so many choices and it was delicious! The hotel is set in, away from any highway noise. Yet close to many area eateries and stores. Everything was super clean and spacious and we will go back anytime we go to RI or Mass. It was that GREAT!!
