Baymont Inn and Suites Storm Lake, Storm Lake

I rented 4 rooms from them on Oct. 23 & 24, 3 out of the 4 rooms toilets were clogged, when I called down to the front desk about it they told me to come get the plunger and plunge it. The rooms are delapitated, the service was horrible!

My mothers side of the family chooses this location every year to celebrate the holiday season because it is close for everyone to reach and the service here is top notch, the kids (and some adults) love the indoor pool area especially since we usually visit during the winter months, we also enjoy the fact that if there is something we need the front desk will try its hardest to meet the need *be it extra bed, towels, room keys* I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends who ask me where to stay in storm lake Iowa....

I have stayed there twice while visiting my son at University and each time been very satisfied with all the service. I found the staff and accomodations very favorable.
