Needs a new front desk person with a smile on their face. Needs to be helpful when they are over booked and don't have the room you reserved months in advance. Don't tell you customer that a sofa is the same as a bed, and just because you upgrade them with a kitchen all is well . . . when you really didn't come to cook! And if you are the manager, don't act like the help, so you don't have to deal with the daily problems of running a hotel. Find new managment, and you will have a wonderful hotel. . .
