I'll never stay here again
I was supposed to stay here for six nights (Apr 9 - 15) while I took an intensive programmer's training class in Vienna. If you can't sleep well in a noisy room, this place is not for you! They have a noisy full size fridge that kicks on and off all night and a *VERY* noisy air conditioner. Also, I woke up at about 2:30 AM one morning and couldn't sleep because of a buzzing noise coming from the room next door or through the walls. It sounded like that room was no longer occupied and someone had left the alarm clock on.
I heard this same noise a few nights later and couldn't sleep. I finally complained to the front desk who told me they'd send someone to check on it. Fifteen minutes later with the problem unresolved, I went and found myself another hotel about half a mile away (take Old CourtHouse towards Chain Bridge) that not only was much quieter but also cost considerably less, and was brand new!
I was also disappointed with the lack of response from the front desk when I noticed there was no Bible in my room (this was the week before Easter). I asked them if they had an extra Bible and they responded with "Bible?, Bible? There is one in the nightstand." Even though I explained again that no, I had looked everywhere and there was none they insisted that I would find one in the night stand.
There are far better options that are a much better value nearby.
