Beautiful hotel and location. Superb views. The rooms are big, clean, bathroom is luxerus Service is perfect. Suprisingly good Thai restaurant. Also good other restaurants Diving school at the private beach, house reef worth a visit. Location is bit far from Na ama bay, but their is a free shuttle bus driving to na ame a few times a day

This is the best Hotel in Sharm. It has a great water slide and program for kids. There are numerous delicious, as well as elegant restaurants. The pools are phenomenal. And the dock to go snorkeling leads into a plethora of colorful fish and coral reefs. The Regency Club is great and very relaxing. It includes a private beach, pool, and lounge building with beverages and snacks. It is on the outskirts of Sharm and is peaceful and great. High CLass wonderful hotel to go to. I give this hotel 7 out of 5 stars. Great Hotel!!!!!!

This was a great end to our tour of Egypt. we spent five days in october at the hotel. the room was extremely clean, and they seem to have people cleaning everywhere from the crack of dawn onwards. pools were great, and the beach was fantastic. the breakfast was a bit crazy (not due to the hotel, just eveyone wanting breakfast at once) but the food was great, and there was plenty of it, the staff kept the tables clean through out and between guests and servings. they run a shuttle to naama bay three times a day, which is where we went for our evening meal. Naama is typical "run the gauntlet" egyptian type place, where you will get hassled to enter shops and buy (though not as bad as Cairo or Luxor), the sea food there is out of this world, and the hard rock cafe do a good evening meal with staff entertainment!! the hotel staff do not expect tips and take them only after you incist, which was also a nice change from Cairo and Luxor!! all in all we would definately go back to this resort again, and again!!

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. I would love to go back sometime as you are getting to stay at a luxury hotel for a fraction of the price of other destinations. This is the best hotel in Sharm El Sheik. There are 3 pools, one of which is adults only which was great for us as sometimes you just don't want kids jumping in the pool around you! We decided not to pay the extra to stay at the Regency Club and were glad we had not as there was building work going on at that side of the hotel. We had a lovely room with a massive balcony with panoramic sea views and a quiet pool to sunbathe round. There is a good selection of restaurants at the hotel but the evening meals were not good value and certainly not 5 star. The full evening Buffet was �24 and just not worth it. We often got a taxi to Naama Bay where the seafood restaurants are excellent and much cheaper. Lobster for �8. It is better value to book B&B at the hotel and go out for evening meals.

me and my husband went there for our honeymoon and i think this is the best place for honeymooners it is clean and the service is more than excellent

My wife and I stayed here with our eight month old daughter between 3-10 March. We had a standard sea view room which cost 200 USD inc tax and breakfast. **Transfer/Reception: Get a limo to collect you from the airport. Well worth 13$ to avoid unnecessary hassle. At the hotel we got a cold fruit drink while we signed in, a nice gesture. **Room: Large room with stunning view of Red Sea. **Hygiene: Very average to be a 5 star hotel. First thing we did was order a re-clean of our room. On a general note, you should consider bringing some anti bacterial hand tissues especially during the hot months. **Food: Great Thai place and fun 'Souk' where you can enjoy wide selection of cuisines. Both quite expensive. Imported wine very expensive, otherwise Egyptian available. Remember to make reservations. We were generally unimpressed with the lunch places. Bland and boring food. **Service: Very friendly staff. Egyptians love kids which charmed us. **Red Sea: Really cool snorkling right at the hotel doorstep. Magnificent! **Guests: Some brits, many german and many russians. Russians are quite 'loud' to say the least. **Pools: 3 different pool areas. 'Bribe' the pool boy with a few bucks and he'll reserve some nice sunbeds for you every morning. **Warning: If you venture into Naama Bay be prepared to be hassled by local souvernir salesmen etc.. (in fact, better stay at the hotel actually). **Comparison: If you are very used to five star hotels/resorts you will maybe get a touch disappointed. Other upmarket hotels in the region are Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. **Tipping: Bring some one $ notes for room service etc.

it is the greatest hotel i have ever visit . I promise my wife to go back there after 2 months.The SPA is wonderful always clean and quite.The Suke resturant is excellent with a nice Shesha .There is a Basketball and a Football yard,Tinnes cort,Squash cort,and a golf yard also you have a choice to play Pingpong if you know. Really, i advaice any one to go there and take a room that have a sea view.

We went to the Hyatt in Dec 2002 - our 1st time in Sharm, we promised to go back as often as possible - the main reason - The Hyatt Regency! Sure enough, we re-visited in Dec of 04 and had an EVEN better experience. I just booked for a week for my parents and plan to return this December again. The Regency Club upgrade is a MUST - access to the clubhouse, with TV, games, pool / jacoozi and complimentary softdrinks all day. In the evening they have complimentary Happy Hour from 5:30 to 7pm. The layout of the resort takes advantage of the breathtaking sight and the service is fit for royalty (Kings and Presidents frequent the Royal and Presidential Suites) The ONLY thing more beutiful than Sharm is the Hyatt resort - the combination of both - incredible!

A beautiful resort with a wide range of restaurants and leisure activities on offer. The rooms were very clean and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who never asked for tips and would take them hesitantly when offered. Of particular note were the waiters in the Cafe Fresco who kept us entertained all week.
