Everything is Bad , specially the service. The Luxury is nonexistent. The Food is Excellent. the Staff is Very NOT Professional .

Everything about this holiday was amazing... from the minute we stepped foot into the hotel to the moment that we left. The rooms were excellent, with a view that you would have to see to beleive. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. It is ideal in all respects... close to Naama Bay and in general a fabulous hotel. We were unable to find any faults

Every time we plan a vacation, we seem to just naturally come back here. We love the Hyatt in Sharm when we were a couple and continue to come back to it as a family. The last time we were there was in 2004. The service is wonderful, you can find private beach area but you have to look for them or simply ask, the food is great and tasty. The only thing is that it's a bit far from the crowded Naama bay. Its much faster when you take the taxi. There's a whirlpool as well as a slide that my 3yr old son loved in the resort. I just have to say when you go to Sharm, you must take the scubadiving trip that will take you out to see the sunken ship (above water) and the food on that ship was unforgettable!

If you want to get pampered during your stay in Sharm, go to the Hyatt. The rooms are great, the pools are wonderful with a great slide, the food is tasty, particulary at the "Thai" restaurant. The main feature at the Hyatt, that everyone seems to agree on, is the staff. They are extremely friendly. Nothing you'll ask them for would be too much hastle. No matter were you'll turn at the Hyatt, whether its the pools, the beach, the pontoon into the reefs, the diving club, the restaurants, or the receiption you'll be met with a smile and perfect service. I would definitely return to the Hyatt.

We arrived at the Hyatt hotel around mid 15:00 hrs 28/06/07, from then to our last day the holiday was outstanding. We stayed in the Regency which was beautiful. There was a pool exclusively for the Regency Guests, where you were looked after all day, towels, free water, and soft drinks, and tropical fruit, which you needed with an average temperature of 40 degrees.. The staff were brilliant and extremely friendly, we realy got to know them well and had some realy good times. Snorkling is out of this world, fish of all shapes, sizes, and colours. There is a PADI diver training centre in the complex,where the staff are very friendly and helpful. I done the open water course over four days and the i enjoyed every minute, it opens up a whole new world. Dislikes were Namma bay, which was dirty and the eating houses and drinking dens had no toilet facilities, which when you required the toilet you were taken int other parts away from where you were seated. There were always people wanting to get you into their Restaurant/bar, or take you to their new shop which had just been newly opened ! The only thing i disliked in the hotel were the price of goods from their shops, which i think were extremely overpriced. Example, Cheap underwater camera in hotel, LE300, in Nama Bay Kodak shop LE110. We stayed in the hotel complex most nights and thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. Cant wait to go back to the Regency.

Actually nothing did i dislike. It was a perfect period spending my honeymoon over there. Rooms are spacious and wonderful, pools are magnificent, and service was perfect

We simply loved this place.. The resort is magnificent and it reminds you of the 1001 Nights.. The service is great, the food is delicious and the colorful fishes that swim right next to the sea side are fascinating! I definetly recommend snorkeling, food at the beach restaurant and the pancakes at breakfast...and least but not last...the sea-front rooms..

Beautiful hotel and location. Superb views. The rooms are big, clean, bathroom is luxerus Service is perfect. Suprisingly good Thai restaurant. Also good other restaurants Diving school at the private beach, house reef worth a visit. Location is bit far from Na ama bay, but their is a free shuttle bus driving to na ame a few times a day
