Great hotel, bad location
We chose this hotel as it was close to the venue where we were seeing a concert. The hotel was wonderful - extremely comfortable beds; nice, clean room with everything we needed; great customer service and a good restaurant. The only problem was not the hotel's fault, but if you are not fairly familiar with the Chicago area, I would recommend getting very good directions as it was very difficult to get to from the freeway/interstate. Part of the problem was that there was construction and the street the hotel is on was blocked, but the off-ramp was also closed and it was a big hassle getting to the hotel without being familiar with the area. Also, it is easy to get this Hyatt confused with the Hyatt Regency O'Hare, which is about a mile away on the same street. Make sure you have directions to the Hyatt Rosemont.
