Reserved for my best friend's wedding

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every aspect. I stayed here because I was involved in my friend's wedding & their families had reserved a group rate for the large party. The room was so clean that I'm almost sure my mother could stay there & have nothing negative to say. Every evening when I got back to the room, all of my dishes would be cleaned as well as the coffee maker. The room was spotless every day. On the evening of the rehersal dinner it was pouring rain. We were all standing in the lobby, dressed in our finest, just about to brave the unrelenting rain when the attendant handed everyone umbrellas. The level of true customer service is unsurpassed by any other experience with a hotel I've ever had. They allow you to cancel your reservation up to the DAY of without penalty! Truly customer oriented

The only thing i disliked about our stay was that we had to leave. Check-in set all new standards when it came to hospitality. Rooms were extremely clean and well kept. Thumbs up in all categories! Techniques_nc
