Will always stay here when in area!!!

The staff was so helpful and nice. Kept us informed as to the late arrival of one of our party. Called within 20 minutes to see if our check-in and room were to our satisfaction. Breakfast was great. Nice staff...nice facilities...nice stay...

Continental breakfast and all you can eat and yes, you may take out. The rooms are so clean and wooden floors. You are given an option to purchase a lap desk. Fully equipped bathroom and shower. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to please you.

Mountain View Holiday Inn Express

The only thing I disliked about the hotel was its positioing-I had to make u-turns in order to get there from the north and the same thing if I was headed south on El Camino Real. It's reaching for something negative, yes, but it is somewhat annoying.

Nice hotel, but one room sucks

I stayed in this hotel a number of times and overall it's a nice place. Not too fancy, but just what you need, clean, friendly etc. However the top floor room next to the elevator is terrible, you can hear the motor whenever anyone uses it. If you dont have that room, youll have a perfect stay. The pool has trees which hang over it so there is a little tree shrapnel to deal with but nothing major. The beds are okay, but a little stiff.

Very nice rooms.

Overall a nice place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly. Finding my room was not easy. (room 407 on the 2nd floor?) I didn't seem to get how the building was laid out until I looked over the floor plan in my room info. Too confusing. But the room was much better than I expected. Very nice and the bed was just like the one I have at home. That was a nice surprise. I will be staying here again.

My brother had to have a major surgery performed at Stanford Hospital. This was the closest Holiday Inn so I booked the place for a week and glad I did. The front desk staff seemed genuinely concerned for our family and upgraded us to a suite which worked out great for my family who was in and out of the place. The Holiday Inn Express turned into our home away from home and common meeting place for other family members and friends which really enjoyed resting in the sun in the beautiful courtyard. Can't say enough for the staff which really made a difficult situation much more managable for my family.
