Seems like customer service stops at the office

The house keeping is really nice, but limited on cleaning supplies. My husband been staying here since March on and off. When I stayed here in Sept, and still staying here till we move to Lousianna for his job, it has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced it. The carpet in the rm was filthy even after they vacuum it. All his white socks got ruined just by stepping on floor. After staying there a week I requested for them to steam clean it. First time I talked to front desk and the girl was really rude and did not want to be helpful. After that every time I go down to get towels, they get an attitude and half the time I have to wait for them to even acknowledge me in the office. One time I called down to see if anyone gonna come to clean the room because its done every Fri around 8 am, but not this time. The manager got on phone and was really rude said my husband has to register me if I'm going to ask for things like towels and stuff. When I told my husband he was furious. He said they always been rude since he stayed here but fortunantly there are no other extended stays close to his work. So thankful we moving in to our new house in dec.
