Comfort Inn And Stes Streetsbor, Streetsboro

Arrived Friday, 8/06/10, for the beginning of Twins Day weekend. Once in the room noticed that the sink was full of dirty water. Called the front desk to have someone fix it, which never happened. So, for the entire weekend, stayed in this room with a sink that was broke...had to brush our teeth in the shower. On Saturday, the clerk said that maintenance did not have time to fix, and offered a $30 discount which we never received. On Sunday, 20 minutes before check out, the clerk called and sais that maintenance was on his way to fix our sink!!! So, today the Hotel Manager called our home and cursed at my wife, called her a liar, and threatened to press charges on us for supposedly leaving the room in a mess...which was not true. She yelled at my wife, and then hung up on her. So, we have taken this issue to corporate and they have been very helpful so far. I would'nt recommend this hotel to my worse enemy, and it's sad that what was supposed to be a great weekend with our 6 year old twins turned out to be the exact opposite thanks to this Comfort Inn in Streetsboro and it's very unprofessional Hotel Manager.
