Comfort Inn and Suites Franklin, Franklin

My company booked me in here twice in 2 weeks. Dead bugs in the ceiling lightshades in bathroom. Scum on inside of shower curtain. Like other reviewer said, linens were so questionable, I went to StineMart and purchased sheets, blanket, mattress pad, pillows and towels. Decor is a fantasy of pink faux granite formica, and with the mirrior mounted in the headboard of the bed, and another over the dresser at the foot of the bed, I felt as tho I was on the set of a porn film. Outside, the stairways are rusted and seem to be falling apart. There was duct tape on many of the weld points of the handrails. How this dump has not been shut down be the health dept. or building inspector is beyond me. If I could have moved to another place, I would have, but the company I work for picks where I stay. Also, no laundry room, no work-out room, first floor soda machine out of order, and gate to pool locked....Clerk at front desk actually said it was possible to sneek into Holiday Inn next door and use their facilities !
