The staff here are very rude and heartless!! Housekeeping comes once a week if you are lucky and they will not give you clean towels or sheets...you have to wash them yourself! And don't upset management with complaining they make you leave!!! VERY RUDE NEVER AGAIN!!!

Although they do offer a good price. (even though the price does continue to change) Do expect anything fancy. Rooms were not cleaned up to my standards. NO fitted sheets were provided. Sink in kitchen leaked for my entire stay of 3 months. Bathroom sink was clogged and after repeated attempts to get someone to fix it. I ended up fixing it myself with some drano. Office is closed on Sunday so when my key wouldnt work I could not get into my room until 11am Monday. When I got locked out I checked out the next day. I asked the security guy what to do and he said wait until Monday. Constantly heard the neighbors fighting and when I compalined I was told "thats what happens when you have neighbors" Trust me you can find other extended suites and yes it will probably be a little mroe money. BUT SO WELL WORTH IT. And you can find better service ANYWHERE else. Even at the city dump!
