The front desk staff very rude and not friendly. The beds were uncomfortable and could have been much better. Book with a third party and they treat you like a criminal. Never again at this location.

Terrific location next to mall, free wireless Internet in rooms, plus a fridge in the room and a complementary breakfast! I've stayed at the Sheraton across the street and the Hampton Inn, but this one beats them both. And it has a pool too. Not a deluxe hotel, but a nice stay and I will return.

Great location. 5 minutes from the University and UNC hospital. Discount for patrons with family at UNC hospital. Excellent Customer Service and Room Service. Shopping District within walking distance. Reasonable cost.

This is not your typical Days Inn. It's relatively new and the staff is excellent. We booked online and arrived early to just check it out. Mark at the front desk made arrangements to let us check in early. The rooms were clean and fresh. There was a continental breakfast and the location is near nice restaurants and within walking distance of shopping. The price is a little more than a normal Days Inn but definitely worth it. Free high speed wireless internet, Free continental breakfast. Can't beat it. Also, front desk staff was very helpful and extremely nice. All that and located very convniently to the unversity.

Days Inn Chapel Hill was excellent. Not only, were the accomodations great, but it is convieniently located to everything, including great restaurants. Free continental breakfast and wireless internet are just icing on the cake. Great stay!
