could've been so good
The hotel is neat and clean. The bed was oh-so-comfortable. Unfortunately, a reservation error and the rude response of the desk clerk ruined the entire stay. Not only did we have to change rooms mid-stay, but had to nearly BEG an apology out of the manager. And this was after involving my corporation's travel agents! The employee working nights the 2nd night was pleasant, as was the woman in charge of breakfast in the AM, but, unfortunately, it was all overshadowed by the one person with HORRID customer service skills. After much brow beating, I am told to expect a refund of the charges for the two nights. It's a clean hotel with great coffee/breakfast + pool; however, the amount of time & energy I put into trying to get them make things right has left a sour taste in my mouth. I still haven't heard back from the online complaint I filed through their website. I won't be staying there again.
