Staff is very accomodating. Property is clean and in great condition.

My wife & I stayed at this hotel on Valentines weekend 2010. The hotel as well as the entire city of Jackson were full. The only staff member we dealt with was the at the front desk (checking in & checking out) it was the same lady both times and she was very courteous. Our room was neat and clean (I did find a wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod which had apparently been used by a previous guest and missed by the maid service and the heating/air unit made a funny noise each time it came on) however, over all the room was very comfortable and pleasant. The location was perfect, close to several eateries and shopping. As far as the value, I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer place to stay in Jackson Tn. We definitely look forward to staying here in the future. We rate this hotel 9 out of 10.

Everybody we had to deal with (reservation, counter check-in, staff help at b-fast and cleaning lady) were friendly.. so from pleasant staff to a clean room, and decent b-fast, I would recommend this hotel. Near places to grab a bite and shopping (Kohls and Best Buy). Safe location and near the freeway if you are just staying for the night and need to get going the next AM. The exit to take to get to the hotel can be confusing though even with the directions you were given..

This is my third visit to Jackson and stay at this hotel. I was so pleased with the room, the continental breakfast. This last visit was difficult because my parent was ill and I needed to stay at least a week. The hotel gave us a special rate which helped me financially and all the staff was very nice when I spoke with them.The room was clean,I was happy they provide rooms with microwaves and small refrigerators.I would highly recommend this hotel. There are an abundant amount of eaterys and retail stores to shop at right in the area. It is conveniently located by the I-40 interstate.I rate this a 9 out of 10.

Because nothing was broken except to fridge but over-all their staff is very nice,The beds were comfy and at night it was quiet and there weren't many problems and it was clean and well cept.

The staff were most accomadating and very friendly. The room were nicely furnished and very clean. The continental breakfast was above average. They are located very close to numerous restaurants and shopping.
