Very Dissatisfied

When we reserved our rooms, we asked for rooms next to each other, and requested a crib be waiting in a specified room. When we got there to check in, the floor they put us on smelled horrible, in addition to the rooms. The rooms were not together as requested, and the crib was not in the room, I had to go and get it and bring it back to the room myself. Then, when we complained, we were told we would have to talk to a manager, who offered a 15% discount on both rooms, which we have not received yet, and they billed our credit card six times for the rooms! No one can help me in this matter, claiming I need to speak to the manager again, who conveniently has quit and the new one will not be in until sometime tomorrow.
