Beachtree Villas, Kissimmee

Like: spacious That is the only thing I have to say that is complimentary. The outside is acceptable. Open the door to the smell of mold & mildew. The carpet was disgusting with stains & bleach spots. There are smashed dead bugs on the walls. The refrigerator had rust on the outside. The shower had spider webs & bug carcasses in it. We opened the pantry and found a roach. At that point I'd had it. I had already called management about the shower & the light bulbs that were out & was told it had to wait till morning. I called hotwire & the rep called & management hung up on him. We left immediately.

When we arrived at the resort we were not told they shared an entry road so even with the navigation system we had to drive around for a bit. We actually drove by it several times. We arrived at the unit at approximately 8pm, the toilets did not flush, the bathroom was in disrepair, the bathmats were filthy and the towel bar in the shower was missing. The air vents in the unit were rusty and the overall condition of the unit was poor, run down and smelled of mold. The towels and linen were old and filthy. They were the kind of towels you save in the garage to wash and dry your car. The outside on the buildings were dirty and covered in cobwebs. When I phoned in to indicate the toilets did not flush the man who arrived told us to get out or he would call the sheriff and have us thrown out because we were trouble makers. I had my brother visiting with me from Phoenix, my daughter was on crutches, and then there was my wife and myself. The man was rude to my wife, inconsiderate with any concerns we had as customers. We have a house in Massachusets and a house in Rotonda West. We have traveled to the Orlando area for over 25 years. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Because of the poor way we were treated, other business in the area did not get our business because we left early for home the next morning. Our treatment by Beachtree Villas was disgraceful. I intend on sharing this information with AAA, orbitz and other travellers. The owners and Beachtree Villas should be ashamed of this disgracelful treament of guests and by the lack of care and attention to their Villas! This was just a horrible experience!!

Our family travels to the Orlando area every year to see the Mouse. Normally we would stay in a Hotel room. Through a friend we were recommended to Beachtree Villas as an alternative place to stay as we have never rented a condo before. When we arrive the people at Beachtree were very nice and informative. They told us about local shopping, restuarants and gave us directions to the parks. Their check in office is locate in a house which was different from what we have been used to but was very nice and quaint. It was a real personal experience, not the corporate insensitive setting. They explained that they used this location as it was very close and central to where the condos were located. When we opened the door to the condo we were staying we were taken back by how large and clean it was. Surely this has to be a real feat as there is so much more to clean than a hotel room which has just a bed and bathroom. We had a large livingroom, diningroom, full kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and our own washer and dryer. We were able to save some money in breakfast billls by having this meal within the unit. I know we were able to get to the parks earlier eating breakfast in the unit rather than going to a restuarant and waiting for service and the check. I think the savings from breakfast cut the room cost by more than half alone. We were also able to save money by using the washer and dryer in the unit. The location was very good making anywhere that we wanted to go to very easy and simple to get to. Quite frankly, I couldn't believe the price that we were able to rent a condo for, it was less than what we have paid for a hotel room and we has so much more room and individual privacy. We will be recommending Beachtree Villas to our family and friends. We were very satisfied. It was our home away from home.

We like to stay in the Orlando area and do the theme park thing for long weekends a couple of times a year. This was the worst place we have stayed in to date. There is no on site office, it's located in a house in a neighborhood a couple of miles away, which was just plain weird. The location was terrible, yes it was about a mile off of 192 but you had to drive by a bunch of run down trailers to get to it. There really were no ammenities but a small pool. I accidentally removed a sheet off of one of the twin beds and found it had definitely been urinated on and it also looked like it had been bled on with no attempt to clean it. Everything was very old and outdated. All of the furniture was very uncomfortable. They ask that you leave the place clean, which I have no problem doing, (I would anyway) but then they charge you over $50 to clean it. Check out is at 10:00 AM, which is at least an hour earlier than anyplace I have ever stayed. You can't check in unitl 4:00 PM and the office closes at 5:00 PM. It looks much better from the outside than the inside. I would definitely suggest you spend a little more money and get a nicer more enjoyable place. I was there celebrating my birthday with my family and didn't even want to stay in the room. But there was nowhere to go but to leave the facilities. I could go on but I think I have probably said enough. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having two bathrooms and three bedrooms allowed my family of 6 to get ready for the day at the park without that rushing feeling we normally encounter staying in a single hotel room. Also, at the end of a long day at the park, personal space was available to relax and unwind while the kids watched TV in the living room. Beachtree Villas helped make our vacation as extremely fun. The staff was kind and out going and the villas were just beautiful! I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in a great value without having to cram their family into a tiny hotel room.

we stayed there last year for four nights this year were staying seven this place is great the price is great and there is alot to do on site its just awsome enjoy

Amazing stay! Just perfect for any family. So close to Disney, and so much space in the condo. We can't believe we were able to find such a nice place for only$89.

Such a great value. This place must be Orlando's best kept secret! One that we are so glad we found! We will definately stay here again!

Great service, great location, so clean, and we saved a lot of money by staying here. Our villa was so pretty. Thanks Beach Tree!
