Comfort Inn and Suites Orem, Orem

The rooms and public areas are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a great value.

The staff at this Comfort Inn was great! The location was simple to get to, and there were a lot of stores, and places to eat nearby. The hotel looked clean inside, however, when we stepped into our room the smell made me almost nauseous! There was a mildew smell, and the carpets where wet by the window. The bathroom was not as clean as one would hope a bathroom to be. The pillows on the bed where not the quality as other Comforts have that I have stayed at. Also we had people staying above us, and they were loud. As soon as we called the front and complained the issue was taken care of immediately :) Overall this motel was good, but because of the smell, I would not recommend it and would never stay there again!

i was suprise by behaviour of manager on duty. H was talking to me like he was the owner and we had done some thing very wrong by using our friends and family discount.The motel was empty but he still didnt want to give me bottom flor. Just because we pay only $ 25.00 with our discount. May be he wasnt happy with that ammount..rooms on 3rd flor was all the way in corner and there were no carts for our bags. Breakfast stared like 20 minutes late and food was old. I found some breads with mold on it..not joking.. May be they dont store breads cool place..cofee was not hot enough.(may be it was maid long time before breakfast time) that is all i want to say..there r some more but its better if i dont say it..because if i will write down still someone might not trust me..i m a stranger..right? dont stay there.........................

We are going down to BYU for the volleyball festival and are staying for a second year. We bring 50 -60 girls and parents and they are great to us. I would recommend it even for the couple without kids. Just a great place to stay!!!!!

I thought other Fairfield Inn's were cleaner, brighter, and friendlier. I wish I had stayed at the Laquinta which is rated 2nd in Orem but I think it should be first. I don't understand how the Fairfield Inn in Orem is first.

This place has a nice comfortable feeling to it. Nice little indoor pool, great bagels for breakfast as well as the usual fare of fruits, cereals, juices, etc. The kids have a great time and it appears very safe. Rooms are kept up very nicely and everything works in the room! Fairfield, and this one in Orem in particular has become my frequent hotel of choice. Really, for just a few dollars more than a Motel 6, you get at least 3 times the value.
