Comfort Suites Southwest, Lakewood

They upgraded our room to a suite for free without us even asking for it! They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The price was great. I definitely suggest not using the websites, go directly through them and you'll receive a better deal. Always ask if they have a managers special

This is a good place to be. The staff is very good and they do their best to acommidate you. The place is clean and comfortable. Good kitchen and breakfast in the morning. I plan on staying again.

I visit Lakewood area about every 2 months and stay here each time. Clean rooms and nice front desk staff. Very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Fast Wifi. Love the fridge and micro in each room.

We stayed here with family. Good location with quick freeway access and nearby grocery store, restaurants, etc., rooms and facilities were very clean and smelled pleasant with comfortable beds, all the staff (day and night crews) were very friendly and helpful (very rare these days), working laundry facilities, nice pool/spa area, decent complimentary breakfast. We will be back

Stayed one night 5/11/10. Best rate I could find was $84.99, and had a couple of business associates who got rooms too. The clerk forgot to send me an email confirmation that I requested, but not a major issue. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was plenty big and clean, sitting area, 2 TVs, fridge, microwave, etc. Bed comfortable, although the pillows were too stiff for my taste. I prefer soft pillows, and did not sleep well due to this. Hotel and grounds were clean as well. Internet connection was good, with several routers in the building. Seemed like a generally safe parking lot/area. Breakfast was typical fare for that tier of hotel, not outstanding but decent enough. Dining area clean and well attended. I would have been much happier if the room cost was in the $70-$75 range, but overall, it was a good stay and I would return there on business at that price. Probably not at that price if spending my own money. When you get up in the $85-$100 range, there are better hotels out there to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall clean and a good experience.

Customer service why I chose this place for our 20 players and coaches to stay @ Comfort Suites S W. Irisa worked with me with all my needs and was wanderful from start to our departure. Jackie the other Manager was helpful and great.Keith the evening Manager helped me wrap up our stay at check out. Having Comfort Suites as our central stay for meeting, breakfast was great. Thank you guys for everything. We will see you guys again next year

Every one there has been wonderful to us. The employees go out of their way to do any thing they can for you. The continental breakfasts are more the you can expect from any motel around. The attendents for the breakfast will try to find anything they can to make your morning a joy. The only complaint we had was the room girls have been instructed to make the beds so the top sheet and blanket only comes to your waist when you go to bed. Seems silly to me, but hopefully the will get that corrected soon.

Okay, so the weight room was being remodeled and not available but for me that wasn't a biggie. The morning breakfast was layed out nice and early and included waffles and hard boiled eggs and yogurt, toast and cereal but no fruit. I travelled with my pet and it was nice to stay in a clean room with good ol' Fido. Great broadband service and television and even crackers and cheese from 5-7 PM. The staff was friendly and helpful and I will be staying again in the near future.
