the room???

I encountered some of the best people in the service industry, but as a hotel you "must" match that with excelent 'room'quality.
I reported stains in the carpet and the quality of the bed to the front desk, the bed was unfixciable at the time as was the stains on the carpet, "aun asi" you make it up' with some of the finest service and dedication employes can provied.
I'm about to return with my wife and yes we will stay with you again, I will make sure our roon will be fine a dandy this time.
