Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/14/11
The complimentary toilet paper was a nice touch. Otherwise, overpriced for everything else. $10/day for internet access- shades of the 90's. Parking $24/day on top of the $279 rate. This place just ain't worth it.

Non-existant Customer Service
By Cindy, 9/7/10
We reserved a room for 4 nights during DragonCon. I understand that hotels raise rates during this heavy traffic time, but they were still $100 over what every other hotel charged, and mis-quoted the price. On our first night, the toilet backed up, and the person sent up handed us a plunger then shut the door. Not exaggerating. It continued to give up problems all four days, and the staff only brought up a plunger and temporarily fixed it. On on of the trips, they even said the towels would fix the over flow and we had to complain again in order to get housekeeping to clean up all of the water. This hotel was not worth overpaying and all of the hassles.

NEVER AGAIN!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/14/10
Hotel looked great and had a great location but that is the only positive things I can say for my trip. Air conditioner didnt work correctly. Received a call at 2:15 A.M. to ask if they could leave a recepit under my door! Paid $24 for valet parking...When I went to check out they had lost my key. After 1 and 1/2 hrs of looking (by me as well) they found the key in my ignition! My car had been ransacked. They stole my new GPS and a new Blackberry pearl. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Great conference stay
By Ann, 3/29/09
I flew in for a conference which was held across the street at the CNN Omni Hotel. Wanted a suite w/frig. and microwave so I could have more control of what I ate. Quick 1- minute walk to OMNI, liked the proximity to Aquarium, Centennial park and MARTA station with easy access to airport. I was back at the airport from the hotel in under 30 minutes. Super easy! Hotel was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Without exception, everyone was welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Morning breakfast was great- served in a timely fashion during the week and on Saturday morning- even with the marathon in town. Plenty of seating in the Ruth Chris restaurant which is in the hotel. Evening reception was a nice touch. Indoor atrium was relaxing. Enjoyed the fitness center which was well equipped- better than most. All the machines worked. I would definitely stay here again for both business and personal trips. Hotel is showing it's age and I wouldn't call it luxurious, but amenities were sufficient and everything worked. Comfortable beds with new linens and nice pillow top.

Run Down
By David Killion, 2/12/08
I have stayed here many times and the place is now showing its age. Booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1. Service was okay but the rooms looked dirty and smelled odd. The carpet in the room was stained, there was mold in the shower, and the sheets were old and yellow.

Worst Hotel experience ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/6/08
Manager reception is chips and salsa with empty salsa bowls not refilled. - coffee maker did not work, shower handle broken had to rig it to work, sink stopper stuck closed could not shave. - Playstation 2 discontinued, 8 year old son extremely disappointed, reservation agent promised it would be here. - if you want safe parking you have to valet @ 24 bucks. - Trains run all night next to hotel blowing horns all night extremely loud. Do not book here if you want some sleep. - suites are very run down, hole in bathroom door by handle, tile stained by toilet. Long female hairs on new towels. Unbelievable for the amount of money I paid to stay.

Passive Agressive Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/19/06
The hotel was fine but the staff consisted of passive aggressive individuals trying to do as little work as possible. Several were listening to rap music and pretending not to notice customers.
