Will not go back.

The location was wonderful. The service was very rude. The check in time is for 3:00pm and we arrived a few minutes after that and our room was not ready. I understood so me and my family waited in the lobby. Well, after a 5 1/2 hour drive, we were kind of tired. Finally after a 30 minute wait, we were able to get into our room. The room was clean but the air was not cool. The blower was working well but the air was not cool. Also the toilet was not working correctly and we had to call service to get it fixed. Also, the attendants at the breakfast were rude. You had to show proof for each adult to even get in the place and unless you ate in hurry, you were not getting back in line for a second helping. I went back to get a second cup of coffee, forget it, everything was packed up. While we were finishing out breakfast, the entrance was blocked by the attandants placing 2 chairs in the way so that no one could enter. I am an insurance agent and I don't believe that the insurance company nor the fire marshall would like seeing that. Also, when the reservations were placed, we were told of a pool, not knowing it was on the second floor outside. Now this is not our first time staying at an Embassy Suites and at other places the pool was inside. This pool was suppose to be heated. Was NOT! In February you would think that customer service would tell the fine details. The Southern Hospitality was not at this place at all. For the money that we spent each night and with the required valet parking of $22.00 nightly, we will not be back to this place.
