DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

Have you been here? Don't bother.
Sure the service is up to par, but here are my reasonings:
1. inconvenient. It's far from YCAT and there are no limousine buses going to the hotel, while they stop at other hotels' front doors. From Yokohama Station? It's confusing.
2. internet charges. You pay extra 1,050 yen!! Unless you're corporate, which I am, but the last time I went, the travel agency my company uses had some miscommunication. Still, whether you're a corporate or not, in case of such trouble, I'd find a hotel where it's free nontheless.
3. no business center. A Sheraton in the city without a business center...
4. expensive fitness club. Unless you're corporate, you have to pay 840 yen per use (not per stay!) if you use it in the morning which is opened for approx. 2 hours, if not, 2,100 yen per use (again, not per stay). WOW.
Second thoughts? I'd say stay elsewhere!!!
