Big Disapointment Not Coming Back
By Katherine, 05/30/09
The waste basket looked like it was not emptied in days and all of the utensils & pots looked like they were cleaned with someones toes. There was candy wrappers stuck underneath the big recliner. The thing that made my stay a nightmare was that someone actually pissed in the bed! There is nothing like crawling into bed with an infant to be soaked from shoulder to leg by piss. The housekeeping staff had to have pissed in the bed because only the sheets and the top blanket was soaked but the comforter was nice and pristine. What pissed me off the most was that my husband was told that we would have some reembursement for our nightmarish stay. That never happened. Words of advice stay clear of this one. If you need to stay in Indianapolis I highly suggest the extended stay on Lakeshore Dr.

Great Front Desk but...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/15/06
Mgmt hires great Front Desk folks; but housekeeping is very poor...don't expect vacuuming or beds changed. Bathroom linens are in short supply. Specifically, washclothes. Bkfst fare is stale; coffee often gone early. I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to anyone.

Very Poor Housekeeping
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/15/06
Housekeeping is so poor, one should not stay here. Since I paid for a month's stay, I was left with soiled bedding for three weeks. Vacuuming was rarely done in my room, bath linens were not left...so, I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels, washclothes and kitchen linens. Toilet tissue is also in short supply. Morning breakfasts yielded stale breads, muffins, other...the bread was not fit for eating. Juice was seldom available...no other fruit. Sometimes the coffee was empty before 6:45 a.m. The length could go on...but you get the general idea...DIRTY!

Recommend to EVERYONE!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/06/06
We have had some really horrible hotel experiences in Indy during the time for the Brickyard 400. This year our hotel experience was wonderful. This is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at. You didn't hear the neighbors in the hotel though it was obvious from the parking lot that this hotel was full. The rooms are very nice and clean. The pool was enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and very polite. Most importantly, the price was right!!!! We were charged a reasonable amount for our rooms even though it was a race weekend. We have decided to stay here again next year because of the great experience we have had.

Nice on the Outside
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/24/05
When we arrived the desk clerks first words "Don't yell at me if your room sucks". Not a good start. The rooms are dirty, the floors everything. If you like yellow pillows this is your place. Find another place to stay.

A hidden gem
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/04
My wife and I spent the weekend at this hotel as part of our honeymoon... the location, though near a major interstate, is secluded and *very* quiet... the floorplan to the suite was spacious and cozily furnished with even a small kitchenette... the continental breakfast included some of the best waffles I've ever had... definitely worth a stay
