Much better than I expected

My girlfriend and I took a weekend getaway to the St. Louis area. We got a great deal on a room at the Extended Stay America. They do things different there, but they tell you all about the differences from other hotels at check in. The room was very clean, with a full size refrigerator, two burner cook top, microwave, sink, dishes, pans,silverware, glasses, coffe mugs, coffee pot, coffee, ironing board and iron. We had all the conveniences of home. There was no need to go to the ice machine as we had a fridge to put our sodas in to keep cool. The housekeeping service is only a weekly visit,but we didn't mind as we were there for sleeping and showering. We were less than 20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, and made several trips back to our room to change clothes, etc, and it was not a hassell at all. NO there isn't a pool, but if you are looking for a resort experience go someplace else. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable room with a reasonable rate I recommend Extended Stay America!!
