horrible spa experience!!

My favorite hotel chain is the Ritz Carlton. I wanted a nice weekend in New Orleans, away from my busy medical practice in Miami. We registered at the hotel and we went to the Spa to check it out and to have a nice treatment. Unfortunately we had the worst experience with one of the employees, she was so rude, aggressive and had a tremendous degree of hostility, difficult to find in today’s costumer oriented hotel Business. She made us feel so unwelcome. Another employee was nicer and gave us a tour of the facilities but we just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, we did not schedule the appointment, went back to the room and made phone calls , check the net and were advised about spas in the area.
