Consistent service

I have stayed in this hotel for 3-4 days a week for the last month. Before then about once a month. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a few room types I would stay away from the kingsize smaller room. The bathroom is extreamly small and hard to manuver around. When they allow the Inn to use the hottub and pool , it can be very loud, no room for guests of hotel and frankly , they take all the cookies. Ha. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone for business or family . They have been doing upgrades at the hotel, new mattresses. Very nice. Special thanks to Julie at the front desk. Who always makes me feel welcome.

Didn't receive the type of room ordered which was two queen beds on the first night, they did move us the second night after a long discussion with the assistant general manager, I feel they should have offered to compensate us for the inconvenience however they blamed the travel company for the problem and refused to even acknowledge any mistake on there part.
