Homewood Minneapolis Mall of America, Bloomington

Hands down, the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The rooms were big and spacious. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had dishes and pots to cook with. The staff even left a laundry basket ith detergent and fabric softener in my room with a hand written note welcoming me and encouraging me to ask if I needed any help. The staff remembered my name and the purpose of my visit. The shuttle drivers were happy to take me to the mall, the airport, even to Walmart. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Mall of America or the Twin Cities. Great people and great hotel.

We stayed here for a lengthy visit and are so happy we did. Firstly, although they say it is a "home away from home", we didn't expect this literally. From the first day of our stay right until we left, we were treated like family. We were given many "extras" by the staff and management that made our stay even more special. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat. The only thing bad about this hotel was having to leave!

The rooms are very clean and big. The location is very convenient to either go to downtown Minneapolis (I recommend the light rail system, fast and cheap) or St. Paul. Very close to the airport and close to that little mall called "Mall of America." Free breakfast and dinner keep the expenses low, and the customer service is excellent. Only downside is the disappointment you feel when you stay at a different hotel and realize they aren't as good as this place. The people make all the difference and the staff is awesome.

Spacious accommodations with kitchen, dining area/livingroom and separate bedroom. Clean and comfortable. Right across the highway from the Mall of America with a free shuttle all day long. Walk to several good restaurants on same side of highway or fill out a shopping list and your refrigerator is magically stocked for you. Stayed there twice and will again.

Like how big the rooms are. With the hotle being right across the street from the mall that is cool and was very easy going to the mall. The people working there are very helpful and kind.
