Comfort Suites Hagerstown, Hagerstown

Everything was BETTER than I expected or hoped for. Lean, Comfortable, and Spacious accommodations classify this hotel as a Hidden Gem. The layout of the rooms is superb and accommodated. The Beds were Clean and Comfortable. I had great sleep. The Breakfast was Tasty and Superb. The hotels also have many amenities like, Microwaves/Fridge, TV, Hairdryers, Iron, Coffee/tea maker. The hotel is located near to Maryland Theater. Thank you to all the staff – for making my life most memorable day.

My family and I were traveling down to see some of our relatives in Baltimore,MD. The kids on the way back home decided for a shopping outing at the Premium Outlets in Hagerstown, and so we decided to stay at a hotel nearby, and boy did we find a great place. It was a great hotel that had a nice indoor pool, and nice hot breakfast with many items like scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. We loved the courteous staff, they were so helpful with finding a great place to eat, and giving us a low down of what all there was to do in town. We loved the fact that Antietam and shopping was close by. You can tell a trip is a success based on the kids reactions, and they absolutely loved it. We can't wait for a return visit.

The hotel managers are very rude, one of them can not even speak english. they overcharged my card, and there was confusion and chaos amongst the staff because they did not talk to each other. Vehicles were damaged on the parking lot, and i was not able to get assistance from the manager and told me if i wanted the security tapes she would have to call someone to download them because she did not know how and i would be charged for it! housekeeping came in the room without knocking, and we got attitude from the hotel staff all the way around. I will not pay my hard earned money to some olace that can not show respect to someone who is willing to spend it there. this hotel lacks management and professionalism and repsect to its clients. i work for a large organization and have informed them of the treatment received there, and i have heard other horror stories, so needless to say they have lost a big chunck of business.

We have stayed here the last three winters when we ski at Whitetail Ski Resort, which is about 30 minutes away. The staff is always helpful, the indoor pool is great for kids, the room clean but not immaculate, and the entire place is smoke free. Although it is called a "suite" the room is actually only a large space with a sofa and table at one end. The breakfast is a cut above the usual dreary free continental breakfast, with a waffle maker and decent coffee.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are large as well. The breakfasts are wonderful and the staff was there to help in any way they could. We stay there several times a year and will continue to do so everytime we visit family. The pool is great and our daughter loves to swim there.
