WORST Experience of my life! Hotel did not have my reservation. Had to threaten legal action to get a room that was the grossest place I've ever slept in!! Requested 2 beds only got 1. Not my fault your hotel messed up!!! Front desk clerk RUDE and a liar. AC didn't work. No hot water! No Carpet! Bugs on the floor! GROSS place!! Had reservation for 3 days only lasted 1 because it was so gross! I'd like to be refunded for the 2 days I did not use! Again.. NOT my fault that your system screwed up! I was almost out on the street in Daytona!

We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay. The service was great. The room was clean. I don't have any bad reports on this motel. I would recommend this motel to anyone who likes good service and the beach. We liked it good enough that we changed our plans and stay an extra day. Thanks to all that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

me and my girlfreind are from montreal we have stay 2 weeks at this place and it was very fun we have meet the room house keeper Brenda and Cliff they are very nice poeple we have a good vacation stay at this hotel-motel room was very nice and clean the only thing is this hotel as not enought space for parking They play with the rates from one night to another, always increasing them thats all i can say everything was ok and im going back next summer very nice hitel

recently renovated right on the beach. its a americas best value inn. The reviews which are posted before stating about the black people being treated very badly. i am black and i have been to this property and they were very nice to me and the rooms are good and they smell good. there is an exit right on the beach from the property. please dont at the reviews which are posted before. this place is clean and value for price

they are racist if you respect heritage dont stay here they treat you like garbage they dont like blacks theylll stick you in these rooms that are so small with mirrors that smell like sex and steal pot i spoke to a man named cliff he told thats the side that the owner mike patel puts them noone is allowed in the other rooms on the left of the office they put you on the right which rooms consists of mirrors taped up dirty sheets dityy carpets and smells i know because i sat out with him drinking one night he he had alot to say about his boss mike how he is forced to live in atiny room with rats and roaches for little to nothing wages it was so sad whats going on he also told me their changing their name to AMERICAN BEST VALUE because o f all the bad reviews this should be brought to everybodys attention if you come to this hotel you might be met by the likes of a racist m an named mike patel this man should go back to where the xxxx he comes from and respect are AMERICANVALUES im glad i met cliff and brenda on spring break they made me realize how different people THANK YOU SO MUCH WE LOVE YA if you ever move let us know which i hope soon

First i would like to say check inn was great i was greeted by a gentleman nicely dressed named brian he took care of us great its only when we woke up to our maids brenda and clliff they were drunk i got no service just towels whats up with that i went to speak to brian about this he acted like he didnt know what to do so i went the lady m eastern she walked away from me and said something under her breath i was so mad at i told her you wont get adime from my c/card and i checked out early its a dam shame that a hotel could be like this give this one a miss

the maids look like they came off the street never got service just got towels thrown at me parking is so bad your lucky to get a spot when going out m eastern woman so rude all i have to say Drunks walking around in their own world look out fellow bikers dont stay here youll regret it i did give this one a miss i heard their changing name to AMERICAN BEST VALUE same place different name 1400 n atlantic ave

II stayed here on feb 24 i was very dissapointed with my surroundings the upstairs room in the hall my room was like a shoebox i heard what sounded like people talking our maid standing up there so i thought everything was ok the room was very dirty and i didnt get any service never again will i stay here

lets start from the beginning i stayed there not to long ago and they didnt have my room so i walked out and left while getting in my car ilooked over and seen a grey haired gentleman coming out of a hole in the front making a drug transaction i am so glad they didnt have my reservation i could not believe went next doo r and stayed had a lovely time they told me they always have problems so look out

i stayed there i planned a nice time with my man he just got back from iraq when i checked in the woman treated us like dirt she showed us one of the dirtiest rooms i ever seen we wanted a nicer room she said she didnt have any thats when a white woman came in she showed her a room near the ocean i know why its sad that my husband just came back from defending our country and was treated like this wheres obama now ive been told by the worker i think shes the maid who was drinking she losers alot of buisness what kind of world do we live in to be treated that way she also told me there going to be adifferrent name american best value
