Lindo Mar Resort, Amapas

I stayed at the Lindo Mar on my first trip to Puerto Vallarta. The rooms are very nice. And the views!!!!!! I can't say enough about the views. The people were friendly. And they have a fantastic restaurant there on the water's edge. And it's only a 5 minute cheap bus ride to the heart of town. Yet very quiet. I will go here again. The only down side of my trip was the mistaken timeshare purchase at the Velas Vallarta, and $50,000 later, the constant regret of having been taken by their lies. We stay at the Lindo Mar Resort whanever we can. All units are ocean view, and at least a one bedroom. Very clean and safe, but one can still get the "old time feeling" when staying here. The restaurant on site is very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Located just south of PV in Conchas Chinas, five dollars will get a cab into old town, or the bus is a short walk away for around 50 cents. I recommend this place to everyone!

Terrific! A charming, very comfortable, clean resort. A pleasurable experience in every way. Splendid ocean view from the living room that opens to a balcony.

This place was a much better stay than our first night at Costa Vida. I would definitely look for a room at Lindo Mar the next time I come. The room was big, several places to sleep. 6 people can comfortably sleep. It was quiet, and not but a couple minutes from the Malecon.

We loved the view of the ocean from our room. The swiming pool and jacuzi were very relaxing. The bar and restraunt were near at hand. The food was first rate. Service was top rate. Will return again.
