My kind of place!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived on a Tuesday evening and found a Manager's buffet put out for the guests. The weather was quite bad, so it was nice not to have to go out for something to eat. We had a chance to talk with the manager and staff who were all very personable. The next time I am in the area I will be staying "smart" at this property.
 
 
 
 
 
More then you expect

The employees and managerment of this hotel are very down to earth and know how to make you feel like family. From the minute you walk in the door to the time you depart everyone is friendly, responsive and attentive. I was on a getaway with my wife, the staff made great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. There is a nice little 9 hole golf course next store, shopping nearby and a wide range of eating places. They went out of their way to make us feel important and appreciated.
 
 
 
 
 
Home away from home

I recently had occasion to stay at the Holiday Inn Express and the experience was delightful. The General Manager Julie and her staff made me feel both welcomed and impotant. As a priority club member I appreciated the recognition and value that I received. If you need to travel in this part of the state, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Germantown, Wisconsin

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Germantown. I found that the 3rd shift parties at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and I appreciated their service. I've noticed that the staff, especially 3rd shift, were right on top of things. They were always working hard, never missed a phone call and because of their wake up call I didn't miss my flight. Your location is in a wonderful area with so many restaurants to choose from and they're in walking distance which makes it very convenient. I really appreciated the fact that you guys have a public computer downstairs in your lobby, My room was made as comfortable as can be, and the prices were reasonable, I saved a bunch of money by switching to your hotel.
