BEST WESTERN Crossroads Inn, Schererville

I stay was 1 night. The lady at the desk at check-in was friendly, courteous & helpful in helping me find a nice restaurant for dinner. The room was very clean & comfortable. I have stayed in a lot of motels, hotel & inns in the past few years while traveling on business & for leisure and this is one of the best I have been in. The continental breakfast was very good as was the coffee. I would recommend this Inn to anyone and will stay there again when I'm in that area.

The rooms were nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very friendly and knew all the local hot spots! Best part was the 32" LCD TV in our room, kids loved it because of Wii.

My number one concern about a hotel is that it is clean. This hotel is clean, comfy, perfectly located and you could not ask for a better staff. Only dealt with night staff, but very polite and helpful.

We had a very comfortable stay! The beds were very comfy as were the pillows. The room and bedding and bathroom were all very clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast was included in our price and was delicious! Lots of options. We will definitely stay here again!

We live in Atlanta, GA and had a wedding to attend in Schererville, IN. I booked The Best Western in Schererville through Yahoo! Travel. (Quick and easy) The wedding was at 1:30 in the afternoon and standard check-in time for most any hotel is 3:00pm. We needed a room to change our clothes before the wedding began. Could you imagine showing up at a formal wedding in the clothes you had just driven 11 hours in?! We pulled into town 30 minutes before the bride walked down the isle!! I called the hotel in a panic, but not to worry- my room was already ready and waiting for us. However, the panic was not subdued. I still didn't know how to get to the wedding from the hotel. I had the address and the very nice young woman that quickly checked us in pulled up driving directions off Yahoo! (the hotel offers free internet access) while we quickly changed clothes. Thanks to the ease of Yahoo! Travel and the quick, curteous, very helpful staff at Best Western, we made it to the wedding in the nick of time just before the Bride began her walk down the isle.
