have had it with Fiesta and Stations Casinos!!!
By Jeani, 12/10/09
Removing the Baja Cafe and putting in a Denny's was bad enough- Will never patronize Denny's-You put alot of dedicated hard working people out of work and replaced them with people who don't give a darn about anyone but themselves- but then that sounds like your managers too! The casino players calender is a joke- the more you play ,the less you average is so they don't reward you for playing some if not a lot 6 days a week- The promotion was swipe every day- when you do you lose not only in money(machines are very tight) a=but on benefits and free play- by the way- swiping every day was a joke- 10 dollars all month of free play and the rest was drawing tickets- no food nothing- It is too smoky inthere when they have drawing -just more of the Fiesta ripoff - When we asked the rewards center to explain they were ruude and talked down to us,no caring what so ever!! there are 6000 place at anyone time to eat in Las /vegas, as many place to gamble-. apparently, Stations is doing so well( bankrupt is well?) that they can afford to lose regular players and customers- no I m not a guest- a guest is welcome- The cashier at the theater had it right- she wasn't dumb enough to work at the rewards center- By the way ,even the theater changed their promos because it brought in to much business- Wht am I missing here?-- I have lived and worked in this area for 6 years- have been a regular to this amd other Stations properties and it has gone down hill ever since they went private--I do believe that I have darkened Station doors for the last time and will feel quite free about relating this and many other negative experiences with /stations Casinos- You used to cater to locals and now you don't want them- My family stayed at the Fiesta when they came from out of town but I would rather take them to Motel 6 than to Stations now- no they get a minus star rating -It is a perfect size property, cofortable atmosphere but the management and quality of staffing is the worse I have ever seen- As a business owner, if treated my employees and customers this way I would not have a business and more than that- I wouldn't deserve to own one!!!!

Quieter Off the Strip Location
By Yahoo user, 09/22/09
Helpful staff, good value for the buffet, the rest of the eateries were overpriced. This hotel/casino needs a remodel to make it a great place to stay. Bathroom could be cleaner. The bed was comfortable but short on pillows. Watch-out for the $11 gotcha fee. This fee should be included in the price quoted on the room. They said it was to cover services like Internet (which they claim is free), Internet Telephone, newspaper (everyday except for Sunday) local calls, etc.

We keep coming back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/18/09
I think its time to update the reviews since the last one I read was dated 2008. This casino is not the big glitzy ones on the strip. My wife and I have visited this casino about 5 times in 3 years. What is great about the casino is its affordable, staff friendly, and the buffet, for the money, cannot be beat. I would have rather have a Mickey D's instead of this fat berger. The pool is terrific, clean from morning to night. The big downside. They took away the in room coffee maker. That hurt. I have to go down in the casino and spend 2 dollars and some for one cup of coffee. The Baja restaurant is no more, what is there is a Denneys. haven't eaten there so I don't know. The only Bingo hall in vegas that is played exclusively on paper. No bingo computers that make the game very costly. The housekeepers are terrific they will cater to your needs. I had to write this because I have been to other casinos and they don't measure up. I hope this review helps.

Will Never Return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/07
All business travelers beware--this hotel does not permit VPN connections on their internet service and technical support was unhelpful and uncaring. I ended up leaving the hotel at 7pm and became a temporary member of the Henderson public library system just to access the REAL internet! For ALL travelers, do NOT eat at any of the restaurants in this hotel! On both occasions, I became very ill after making the mistake of grabbing a quick bite... Lastly, in-room "entertainment" is a joke. You'd get better channels by bringing your rabbit-ear antennae with you. Will never return!

Lousy to Local Seniors
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/13/07
I am currently in a Rehab Facility. Went into Fiesta on 7/25/07 to cash my social-security check. Cashier named "Debbie" told me as my address in check & driver's license didn't match,, she couldn't cash it. I had a letter from rehab facility, my veteran's id, Medicare card, etc (plenty of ID). I asked to speak to supervisor (PAM) and again, I was refused. They asked for my Player's card and still refused. As they walked away (laughing), Debbie commented, "She's not a good client anyway"! I turned in my players club card at the desk and trust & believe, they will NEVER see me or my friends in their casino, restaurants again.. and I have plenty of senior friends in Henderson that I've told!

Always fantastic service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/05/07
I am far from being a high roller, but they sure treat me like one! The service is great, food in the Baja Cafe is by far outstanding. The casino hosts Gerry, Sandra & Ellen really do a great job of caring for the guests. I never go to Vegas anymore. We just enjoy the Henderson Fiesta. We are going again on 11 July and both of us can hardly wait. I just cannot say enough about this property. Thanke to all of you for making our trips a great time. Bob Tette La Quinta, CA

Cozy-Comfortable-Affordable
By GerrieG, 06/08/07
The Fiesta Henderson has become our hotel of choice when visiting Las Vegas. No crowds is a huge plus. Hotel is easy to get to and can connect to freeway systems to get anywhere else in Las Vegas. I've stayed here 7 of my 9 recent stays in Las Vegas and I must say the other two hotels were disappointing. Fiesta Henderson is always a great experience. Buffet is very affordable and food is fresh. Service throughout hotel is good. New movie theatre being built will be a plus for my next stay. Parking lot feels safe and well lit.

will stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/07
Location is good, family lives near by. Usually stay downtown - they give free or very cheap rooms. Like to play the slot machines at the Fiesta. One of my favorite places to play. The service was great. Slot attendants very pleasant.
