Residence Inn Pittsburgh Airport Coraopolis, Pittsburgh

I stayed at this Hotel from May 6th to Sept. 2nd. Great place to stay if you are in the area. Great Breakfast, Clean Rooms, Good Location, Courteous and Friendly Staff, close to anything you need. Short drive to Airport or downtown Pittsburgh. Highly recommend if you are in need of a place to camp out.

I loved the fact that I made a mistake and initially thought it was their fault. The staff didn't argue with me and made me feel special and they took the blame. In the end I felt like an idiot because it was my fault. Talk about professionalism and courtesy. I can't say enough about Damian and his customer service skills. I am the biggest pain for most people not because I am difficult, but I just want good customer service. It is almost a lost art....McDonalds has a tip jar in Drive Thru??? Not here, it was just a great experience from start to finish. Well Done! I travel all over the world and the accommodations were wonderful, the rooms were spotless and the staff was friendly. Since I'll be the first to say when it isn't right, let me be the same person that tells people when they've done a great job....and they have. Damian, thank you once again for making this whole experience right. I do hope my words make you day special because you've made our trip very memorable. We will be back for sure!!!! Mr. Texas.

By far the best morning buffet I have had in a hotel. Much better than most restruants breakfasts I have had. The attitude of the staff was fantastic, and the few times I had trouble with something, they fixed it faster than I imagined they would. Do not miss the weekday evenning socials, with wine/beer/cokes and munchies. I felt so at home on the weekends reading the paper while drinking coffee infront of the fire. I do wish they had a better workout room, but they did offer free YMCA use, about 1 mile away. If you enjoy biking, there is a great trail about 1/8 mile away. The room was a little on the small side for a 1 bed room suite. Also could use a steamroom/whirlpool. Lastly, you must walk outside in the cold to get to the lobby/breakfast.
