I loved the fact that I made a mistake and initially thought it was their fault. The staff didn't argue with me and made me feel special and they took the blame. In the end I felt like an idiot because it was my fault. Talk about professionalism and courtesy. I can't say enough about Damian and his customer service skills.
I am the biggest pain for most people not because I am difficult, but I just want good customer service. It is almost a lost art....McDonalds has a tip jar in Drive Thru??? Not here, it was just a great experience from start to finish. Well Done!
I travel all over the world and the accommodations were wonderful, the rooms were spotless and the staff was friendly. Since I'll be the first to say when it isn't right, let me be the same person that tells people when they've done a great job....and they have.
