The Beach House Villas also feature something that most Jamaica hotels and Jamaican Villas do not, privacy. The Jamaica villa experience at Beach House Villas is one that you do not have to share with everyone else. Each of our Negril Villas, while being perfectly located right on the beach, are secluded enough that you really can feel like you alone in paradise. All of our villas have AC, ceiling fans, built-in safes, cable TV, phones, deck and/or patio. With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel. Room service is also available from our oceanfront Beach House Restaurant and Bar-Irie on the Beach which also offers a casual island dining right on the beach and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night drinks. A private cook may be arranged. Meal plan prices range from 25.00USD, 1meal-45.00USD, 3meals for 1-2 persons, 15 percent gratuity not included. Due to the fantastic location of the villas right in the middle of Negrils 7-mile Beach, almost everything is within walking distance. Our villas feature French doors leading to patios or decks, AC, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephones, in-room safes, and tile floors and baths. The villas are tastefully decorated with hand-made furnishings of native woods. Each villa has its own unique theme of Reef Fish, Seashells, Jungle Animal Prints or a Sun motif. The villas are dividable take a one, two, three, four, or five+ bedroom villa or multiple villas. The villas are available with options such as full kitchens, kitchenettes, dining living room, and Queen size futon couch and beds. All kitchens are fully stocked with refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishes.
