I've traveled to Charlotte several times within a year and this is my favorite place to stay. Gorgeous hotel, not your ordinary Hampton Inn. The Staff is very friendly. Dining is within walking distance from the hotel entrance. Reminds me of Greenwich, CT. You can even walk to the movie theater, which has amazing airplane-like seats. The South Park Mall is within a 2 minute drive, incredible mall, one of my favorites.

My husband, son and I were very pleased with the appearance. Our room was fantastic. It was perfect for the three of us. We were also pleased with the hotel staff, everyone was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed having access to the shuttle service to take us to the Cheesecake Factory located in the Southpark Mall. We just called when we ready to be picked up and the driver was there in less than ten minutes. That was great! We will be returning for a visit again later this summer. Hamton Inn Southpart, you and your staff deserve a five star rating!

We were planning on having our wedding reception at this location, but after speaking with the sales manager of this property i don't want any thing to do with this hotel. She made sure to do the least work as possible or even attempt to get us to book their reception space for our wedding. When we first entered the hotel the front desk clerk (very nice gentlemen) told us that we could wait in the breakfast area if we wanted to, so we did. Then I think her name was Jessica showed up and said "Well this is it..." I then proceeded to ask her questions because she seemed to almost not know what her hotel provided. She did not attempt to sit down with us and a have a conversation regarding our special day. When i asked her how many people could fit in the area she was showing us she said "100 people standing up...." I did not understand why she would even say that when it is very obvious that a wedding reception usually last 3-5 hours. My feelings where very hurt to say the least. If she was trying to be snobby and make sure that i felt that my big day was not important then she totally succeded. I definetly think that she should be more personable if she plans on succeding in her job position and not be so snobby just because she works in Southpark ....I think that i will definetly try the Marriot... And since you are part of Hilton brand hotels they would probably appreciate you being sincere to people that want to give you business

LOVED the TV in the bathroom mirror! LOVED the mattress and crisp clean clean clean sheets! LOVED the free breakfast! LOVED the approach up the street with the trees with fairy lights and the fountain. I was in town for a sad event (funeral) and this place made me feel better.

i stayed at the hampton inn for a week and it was a great experiance. the bellman kennon what a big help and came through on all of our requests. i would highly recommend staying at this property.

I FOR ONE SPEAK ON THE BEHALF OF MY FAMILY WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE ... IT WAS CLEAN ,AND THE BEDS WAS SO COMFORTABLE..ALSO THEY HAVE A GREAT BREAKFAST .

Hotel was located as a center piece in an exclusive upscale mall. It was relatively new and everything inside from the entrance way to the halls and even rooms did not remind you of a moderately priced hotel. No complaints what so ever.

Fabulous location in the middle of South Park--great boutiques and restaurants, including a movie theater that are just a stroll away. At night, Phillips Place is lit up like it's Christmas time and it's just a nice view from your hotel room if your overlooking the strip. Hotel room is a good size, comfortable bed, large tv, and clean bathrooms. Definitely a great steal if you need to be in this part of Charlotte. Safe, convenient, and it has loads of parking. You don't need the frills or room service when you've got the Palm restaurant next door and PF Chang's, Dean and Deluca, and Upstream (upscale seafood restaurant) that you can walk to. Stay, eat and drink late, and then walk back to the hotel...definitely a great combination. Definitely recommend.
