A mistake was made to our reservation that noone seemed interested in trying to correct. Instead, only excuses were given. Although the rooms were clean, the hotel was loud at night. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was available. I've seen better buffets included in the price of hotel. To top it off, the hotel chose to test their fire alarm system in the morning of our departure. Had we known about this during checkin, we would have never stayed here. Again, management just wanted to give excuses. We certainly will never be back.
