Stay Away!!!

This place is awful. I was staying at the Baymont and came here because the Baymont was awful. I jumped from the frying pan into the fire and not just any fire. It was the fire that Shadrack, Meshak, and Abindigo went into. I'm here on business for 3 months. I have a spa suite. The first night, the room had not been serviced. I made my own bed with linen I had to wait for for laundering. The second day, it had not been serviced either. I spoke with the owner. He is a slum lord. I cleaned the room myself. The walls left my white rag brown, it was so filfthy. The swimming pool has dirt in the bottom. I cannot believe Quality Inn would let this be a franchise. I'm moving yet again. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. However, I recommend it to any and everyone I dislike.

Helpful staff, older facilities

The staff here is incredibly friendly and gave our stay a positive vibe even though I would have to agree with some of the earlier negatively reviewed points. The rooms seem very dark and dingy and it was hard to find outlets for items and a clock that kept time. There were no in room movies. The beds are not very comfortable and sheets are not fitted and do not stay on. The location is good and internet access was available.

NASTY with a capital N

The only thing you will find at this hotel is possible serial killers in hiding, this hotel was just plain scary! the hotel had a fowl smell to it and the rooms were run down completely and were not clean at all. The hot tub had a dirty diaper floating in it. I didn't stay the night here and I didn't get a refund..... not happy and don't think it's safe !! I really am not hard to please either, just asking for a safe clean room and a place were my children could swim and have a good time.

Don't stay here

We checked in and our room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. We were moved to another room next door for the first night. The carpet in the hallway was buckled and dirty as well. The pool was brownish in color. The only good thing was the location to the outside door to take our dog outside. We will not stay here again or recommend anyone stay here. The staff was very friendly. We were in a non-smoking room and our towels smelled of smoke. Very disappointed as we spent Christmas Eve there.

Disgusting

I was going to apply to work there. The minute I went in I turned around. I would not recommend either location to anyone. They are disgustingly dirty. Worst hotel I have ever seen, honestly.

Scary experience

We stayed here on our wedding night. We weren't expecting a lot just a clean room and a decent contential Breakfast in the AM. We got neither. Our room was discusting the previous occupents had left food scattered in the room and house keeping must have missed it. At breakfast they were out of everything. So we had a dirty room and no breakfast. We contacted the front desk and all they said was sorry!! We were offered no compensation or any type of reasurance that this wouldn't happen again. Needless to say our wedding night was ruinned by this hotel.
