You get what you pay for here
Overall my stay here was below average. The room did me fine. I slept, showered and got out of there immediately. However, a few things get left out easily. First of all, the parking lot was full and they said that there was plenty of parking . . in the fire lane, curb outside on street, by the garbage. Oh gee thanks!! The people working there look like they have an IQ level lower than my shoe size. And once you talk to them you'll see what I mean. They took 20 minutes to check us in. And it's not because they didn't have room or there were other people waiting. It's because the person working there was illiterate. He didn't know how to use his own computer. And he's been there for years according to the second time we talked to him. Once in the room, it was tiny. We asked for double beds and got king. The shower stall (no tub) was tiny but did the job. The bathroom was horribly small. It's not for claustrophobic people at all. The morning breakfast was the worst I've seen. I'm use to having, eggs, bacon, or even toast or regular boring cereal. They had none. They only had bagels, self-made waffles, orange/apple juice, coffee, tiny (disgusting) muffins and wheat cereal. Not exactly my taste except for the drinks. Coffee was horrible so I had orange juice that tasted old. The bed wasn't that comfortable either. I had trouble sleeping (which I never do) and I was exhausted from a flight. Security wise: no problems here. It's in a good part of town. And only 10 minutes away from airport. So if you're only here to sleep and run then go ahead. If you're on vacation, then don't even think about it. Trust me, go somewhere else! The Hyatt Regency in Tech Center was only $30 more (w/ parking a nite) than this horrible place. I will never come here again. Oh and one more thing . . I'll tell you what they told me when I checked out . . . There was no "thanks", "hope you enjoyed your stay", or "see you again". . . I only received a "you're done".
