Very frustrating
We were told check in was at 3, we arrived at 5 and were informed our room wasn't ready yet. When we came back I asked them to run my card only for the one night as we weren't sure about staying 2 nights and the lady said "okay no problem" then she says "oops I ran it for 2!!" The next morning we came down for breakfast and were really dissapointed. For over $100 a night you would think they would have food. They had some muffins, bagels, waffles, toast and cereal. Wow, in GA the LQ had hot food as well and we paid less. The dining room here is huge but they have nothing for breakfast. There is a McDonalds across the street but I didn't want to spend more money. I have a kid with nut allergies and Sam was working the front desk and very helpful in identifying what was safe. Basically, my daughter got an apple. Not very filling but Sam tried. Saturday night the kids wanted pizza, after 3 hours of trying and calling every pizza place in an 8 mile radius I gave up. No one delivers to this hotel. Domino's said they would but it would be 3 hours (I called at 6!!!)
The pool was nice, the room was clean and Sam was helpful but I wouldn't recomend staying here.
