Hampton Inn Suites Flagstaff West, Flagstaff

We have stayed here about 5 times and will continue to stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable and CLEAN beds and rooms, great indoor pool and hot tub and very close to the freeway. Free breakfast is a great money saver too.

My stay was great!. 20 min away from snowbowl. The rooms were clean and nice. I had a king room with whirlpool tube. The whirl pool tube was not that great.

Called Hampton reservations from cellphone prior to walking in to check for room availability after loosing reception. Via telephone they had said there were rooms available however, when asking the Clerk at the Front Desk she said there were rooms available but she went to consult her manager and came back to tell us they had no vacancies. Beware, Not Minority Friendly. Nice city, nice hotel but manager needs to service all paying customers no matter the color of skin.

Nice and clean rooms, large bathroom, soft towels, nice pillows, decent breakfast- was a great place to stay during our trip to the Grand Canyon. My only issue was with the washer/dryer- crazy expensive- had to run the dryer 3 times at $2 load. Front desk people were polite, however indifferent to being notified that the machines were not working properly. The breakfast was well-managed/maintained- probably the best hampton breakfast I've ever had. We did not get to use the pool, but it looked nice and seemed to have lots of staff in & out with towels etc.

This is the only hotel I will stay at in Flaggstaff. There usual rate is under $100 for two queen beds or 1 king and the rooms are nice and clean the beds come with lots of pillows and the shower is great it comes with one of those rotating shower heads that does different sprays. The Indoor Pool was a blast for my daughter and the hot tub was great for my husbend and I. It is extreemly close dinning and the highway but the rooms were very quiet. The free internet and computers were also a nice plus. And not to mention a great breakfast. All around this hotel is A+!

We had our laptop taken from our room! The front desk personel were not very helpful - acted as though we misplaced it. It turns out they have a security camera video that shows a man going out the exit with our laptop! - they say this has happened before - they need to do something about this - more security, more camera's etc... maybe even let you know that this has been happening at thier hotel.

No protien for breakfast. Fruit was on the edge of spoiling. Very uncomfortable beds. Uncareing help. Noisey. Poorlighting in the bathrooms. Toilets plug too easilly. Last stay after many. Other than that it was great!
