I HAVE STAYED HERE 4 TIMES SINCE JUNE 09 I REALLY ENJOY THE PLACE GREAT BREAKFAST. MY ONLY THING IS THE INDOOR POOL WAS NOT WARM AT ALL OR INDOOR HOT TUB WAS JUST BARELY WARM. GREAT PLACE IF THIS WAS TAKEN CARE OFF. OVER ALL I WILL RETURN.

We've stayed at Mainstay in Pigeon Forge on about 4 occasions. I loved eveything about it. Great continental breakfast, courteouspeople, clean rooms, a good location away from all the hustle and bustle. I always look forward to staying there.It is also very close to everything convient.

I have stayed twice at this beautiful place- very quiet, but close to everything. Very spacious rooms, great customer service, pools are very nice, and we had a wonderful time. Breakfast is super- offers so many different things..You will be well satisfied. We will definitly stay here again..Can't wait.

The room was not cleaned the first night. We had to ask to have full room cleaned. Second night room cleaned. Third night no cleaning at all. We askedfor information 6 times at the front desk and everytime we got information it was wrong. Example-The firstnight we asked if any restaurants were open at 10:30PM. The lady at thefront desk said all restaruants close at 10:30. Luckily swe went for a drive and found at least 15 restaurants open and the strip wqas like Vegas with everything open. We asked for discount tickets to Dollywood. They had buy a day get the second day free. The woman told us to take it to the park. We did and the park said we needed to but the tickets at the hotel. It cost a free dahy at Dollywood. The elevators were down for a full day. No internet for a day...... I have many other examples. The location wasgood.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in February 2007. I had read the great ratings and tried it. Overall, the hotel is clean and friendly. However, we had a few complaints. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I expected the bedding to be a little nicer as well. We ate at the continental breakfast and found the selection good, but there was no room to sit. The hotel has hundreds of rooms and only room for 30 at the continental breakfast. We had to stand and eat with two small kids. Finally, all the other hotels in the area had a reduced rate for a Sunday stay. I checked dozens of hotels before we booked. I just assumed Mainstay Suites would too, but, they said since it was a holiday weekend, Sunday was a weekend price too. I was shocked, I didn't realize President's Day was a huge vacation weekend that required hotels to keep higher rates. So overall, a tolerable hotel, but anything great.

As part of the scouting committee to find nice affordabe housing, location to recreational sites, ample parking for buses, and other private owned vehicles, plus a place enjoyable to patrons from age 1 to 70+ years, the MainStay Suites of Pigeon Forge was unbeatable!! The suites were roomy, clean, and greatly satisfied the various "family combos",i.e. parents with infants to seniors with no one to care for but themselves. The continental breakfast allowed 'night hawks' to sleep later while children of age could enjoy a healthy breakfast. The indoor and outdoor pool with its "lazy river" feature was great and very entaining for all. However; one of the best kept secrets was the on ground "pavillion" with its own kitchen for grilling to baking cakes; pies. This built-in backyard picnic grounds was the "ICING" on the cake. Imagine. . . a picnic where you do not have to gather the kids and drive all over town. The 'seclued but yet so close' atmosphere makes our next family reunion in the Smokies a guaranteed stay at the MainStay Suites of Pigeon Forge.

Our experience was wonderful after we checked in Mainstay Suites. We had a bad experience at another motel the night before we checked in Mainstay, and we found Mainstay to be a life saver!!! The rest of our vacation was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The motel is quiet and very family oriented. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety. My family and I will definitely return over and over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an excellent experience! Our stay at Mainstay Suites in Gatlinburg TN has been wonderful. This will be my families 4th stay and we highly recommend. The hotel and rooms are very clean, the pools, lazy river and jacuzzi's all well maintained. Great breakfast! A wonderful facility in a very beautiful setting. Very family friendly and convenient to attractions.

This is a great place to stay, rooms help save money with fridge, etc. Staff was great.

We stayed June 15-17, 2005. On Friday morning, were about 200 trying to check out at the same time to get to a meeting at Dollywood. There was ONE person at checkout. The lady in front of me told me she had waited 20 minutes already. I heard another lady ask the receptionist (a man) if she could extend her stay, and check out after the meeting. He told her she had to ask the manager. When she asked where the manager was, he told her, "He's not here."
