Sheraton Broadway Plantation Resort Villas, Myrtle Beach

This resort exceeded our expectations. The layout of the 2-bedroom is roomy and convenient, and well-decorated. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool/recreation area fantastic. The staff also was very courteous. It is also centrally-located. I recommend this resort to anyone wanting to vacation in the Myrtle Beach area.

If you're looking for an excellent place, in a great location, this is a good place to look. My wife and I stayed her for our honeymoon and one of our anniversaries, and it really is a nice place. The location is good for shopping and eating as well as getting to the beach. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spacious. The facilites are great; with a pool that goes both indoor and outdoor and waterworks for kids to play in. This is a really nice place to stay!

The people at the front desk were courteous and went out of their way to get us extra information we needed. The layout of our two bedroom villa, the condition and the cleanliness was excellent. The landscaping was well maintained and gorgeous. The location to surrounding attractions was wonderful. Everything was easy access. We would return here as well as recommend it to anyone.

this is the 5 yr we have tried to get in at broadway plantation we the dates we were promised wasnt availble we cant use it when we want to have topay a very high maintance fee not very clean not worth the money anyone want to buy me out would gladly sale hate the place people ther very unfriendly if you want a nice vacation GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

the guy that tried to sell us a timeshare told us from the beginning that we would still be friends even if we did not buy a unit. What a lie. He got very angry at us and had the nerve to tell us we were the no having fun family. When I said I liked the Bathrooms and the way they were decorated he said so all you wanted to do was get ideas! He was very annoying with his comments comparing other places with theirs saying everyone else, was lauphable.

As an Owner of a 2bedroom lock off unit, I have become more and more unsatisafied with this resort, what happened to this an owners resort, my neighbors booked a week and they are not owners and dont have to pay the ridiculous yearly maintanence fee (which goes up every year) what are the maintanence fees being used for the villas are in need of repairs and up grades, the carpet is filthy, their are stains on furniture. and every time the refirgerator doesnt work properly. This whole "time share" "owners" titles are complete bull*$!? to be quit honest. and by the way if I want to meet and discuss adding additional options I will let you know dont bug me about owners meetings, This place needs to shape up how it used to be. Its a joke to be a owner anymore. We will not be returning for awhile and have filed a complaint about said issues. this isnt a hotel its supposed to be a resort FIX IT!!! LEAVE THE RIFT RAFT TO THE HOTELS

As a owner since 1996 I never knew that Sheraton rented villas to non owners. I understand now why the conditions of the villas now are not what they were in earlier years. I do own a lock-out and when vacationing this year was very disappointed in the condition of said villa. Holes in walls, peeling paint , stained sofas, and stained carpeting. I would like to know where my yearly fee is being used not onthe maintance of villa. I also do not like to constantly be harassed into previewing as a owner updated information about said resort. A No is a No...we are on VACATION...please. Hopefully, the conditions of villas will improve as for now I will not be visiting for awhile and will not recommend to anyone. They should allow only certain villas for rentals and certain villas for owners as we do pay a rather high yearly fee and expect our villas to be in the condition to what we experience in the pass. If I wanted a Motel 6 we would have gone there. As for the personnel in checking-in one ....the person we were seeing was extremely rude and the manager was told and explained we misunderstood.....are they use to dealing with non owners at this time???? we will not be returning to Sheraton in quite a few yrs. if never. VERY DISSATISFIED .................

I have nothing but positive things to say about this resort. We stayed in a two bedroom villa. It was very roomy and cozy. The villa only needed some very minor cosmetic work. There was plenty of amenties on the resort. The beach is less than a mile away and broadway on the beach is about two city blocks from the resort. I can't wait to return! I strongly recommend this very family like style resort.

We are owners at Vistana Villages in Orlando, but wanted to go to Myrtle Beach this year. This was the first of hopefully many visits to this great resort. After traveling for close to 12 hrs the six of us (2 adults & 4 teenagers) were exhausted. When we pulled into the Sheraton Broadway Plantation, the collective response was: "WOW." Check in was quick. Our room was clean & nice. The walls are painted a bright yellow with a flower decor. We own a 2 bedroom villa which is perfect for 6 people. We never felt crowded. Now I've got to give tremendous praise for whoever picked out the beds/mattresses. My wife & I love to travel & these beds were without a doubt the most comfortable we have ever slept on. This may sound trivial, but how many times have you stayed someplace & had a lousy nights sleep because of the bed? The room was well maintained & came with just about everything we needed to cook with. Even had a bottle opener for us guys! The resort does not have a restaurant on site, just a poolside snack bar. The Myrtle Beach area has SO many good places to eat that I can understand why they don't feel one is necessary at the resort. My children were too old, but they had really nice daily activities for the kids. Another important topic is that the Plantation is NOT on the Beach. Initially I thought this would be a pain, but it really wasn't. The Beach is a mile away so you have to drive to get to it (walking isn't possible due to the fact you'd have to cross 2 four lane Hwys). The landscaping was beautiful & the resort has 1 indoor & 3 outdoor pools. Weather permitting, the indoor pool opens up into one of the outdoor pools. They also have a lazy river and a water park. I loved the fact that the resort was well kept up and their was much to do for everyone. It is conveniently located near pretty much everything including the beach. It was the only place we could stay at the time, and it was great. However, when I go to the beach, I like to be able to sit and look at the beach from my hotel room. I have never been in May before, so if you are looking to get a tan, probably not gonna happen!
