Country Inn Suites Rock Hill, Rock Hill

We have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites and this one was the pits. The furniture in our suite was dirty, worn, and had holes in it. The bedroom carpet had a 2 foot long gash in it down to the sub floor. The floor we were on was a mixed smoking/non-smoking floor. We had a non-smoking room and could smell smoke in our room. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast room was a mess. We arrived at the breakfast room 10 minutes after breakfast started, the room was empty but the tables had dried food smeared on them which was likely from the day before. The floor was so sticky that our shoes stuck to it with every step. We mentioned these problems to the clerk at checkout and his attitude was "sucks to be you". You can rest assured we will NEVER stay at this hotel again and we will forever be leery of this chain.

The front desk and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, and a nice breakfast . A very friendly place that wants to make you feel at home. The location is close to the interstate and restaraunts. I would recommend this Inn to my friends or any travelers. Milinda
