Choice Hotels Mistakes
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/18/09
Simple enough-TERRIBLE-Owner who checked us in is without a doubt the rudest anywhere!!! Rude, obnoxious and a liar-Hotel was dirty, room was dirty, continental breakfast was worse than any I have seen!! Do yourself a favor and find a different room no matter what the cost!!! All these good reviews here had to be done by the owner and staff= nobody could possibly be happy with this dump!!!

Nice place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/29/07
I found the lodging comfortable, clean and the staff were vere nice. The beds though not my bed at home was acceptable. The room was average in size, afterall, I wasn't moving in you know? Two king beds fit nicely. A little bit pricey maybe not to have a micro & fridge or anyway to prepare a meal so I wouldn't make it my vacation stay but for a weekend getaway, yeah I would return. We just spent the night and rafted down the Nantahala the next day so we were well rested for that. I give it 2 thumbs up!!!

Sleep Inn Bryson City - Our 'Home Away From Home'!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/06
We have kids that live in Bryson City & Whittier, NC. We visit as often as we can, but we do like our privacy so we ALWAYS stay at the Sleep Inn Bryson City, which is almost midway between our kids separate homes. We call it our 'home away from home'. The staff is always courteous, professional, friendly and ready to help us if we need assistance and they maintain a very clean and well kept property, both inside and out. As at least one visit to The Cherokee Museum is also a part of every trip, it is also convenient to reach from the Sleep Inn Bryson City, being approximately 10 mintues away.

Very Nice Motel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/06
We have stayed at the Sleep Inn Motel in Bryson City at least once per year for the past four years. It is very clean and close to some wonderful outdoor activities. The management has always been very accomodating and friendly. I highly recommend this motel.

Dont waste your time
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/05
The only thing I liked about this hotel was leaving. Yes its a very tiny tiny tiny room and its NOT at a GOOD RATE either $100 I had rather paid more for better or less for less. I think the other reviews on this site is actually people from Sleep Inn. First lets start with my reservation a King bed room and ended up with a Queen bed and they couldnt fix this problem or even give me a discount for the miscommunications. The pool closes at 9 and after that there's nothing to do at all thats to early for a pool to close. As far as the breakfast if you have to stay at this place go to Bojangles dont waste your time walking down to see what they have just keep trucking to Bojangles actually dont even step inside the door to get a room here. Most important is the CLEANINESS NOT I used to work at Sleep Inn years ago and there little sign in the hotel room is NOT TRUE 100% guarantee means nothing I complained to 3 different people you want to know why because they were long hairs underneath my covers where the bed was not changed!!!!!

The hotel was very clean and we found the people to be very hospitable. We especially liked the hotel room, and found the amenities (ironing board, iron, etc.) very convenient for our stay!
