Zero Customer Service

The room looked like it was decorated with used furniture from who knows where. I booked a king room but when I arrived they only had a double. Take it or leave it was the attitude.
The safety bolt on the door in my room was torn off. As I was changing clothes, their maintenance man came into my room before I could get finish dressing. I had no warning that the maintenance man was going to be coming to my room.
They claimed to have internet service. There was a space in the wall for an internet jack, but it was broken. I called the front desk to have it fixed and they said they would be up soon. Nobody ever came to fix it. I reported it the next morning. When I returned that evening, the jack was repaired. However, I tried to connect and was unable to do so. I contacted the internet service. They told me I would need to have the front desk report the outage because there was a problem with the line. I went to the front desk and they blamed the internet service provider even though no other rooms were out of service according to the front desk.
The owner/manager was never available for me to discuss my dissatisfaction. The staff made excuses for all the hotel shortcomings but NEVER apologized for my inconvenience.
