The sheets were never changed, all the front desk workers did was go outside and smoke, the magager was never well groomed you could hear her complain about the help which i believe and the guest didnt need to hear about who was getting gossiped about behind there back , not very helpful, it was a joke will never return to that hotel again, they go threw help like water,

Good Night's Sleep

The service was very good both at Front Desk and Housekeeper. Location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and service stations. Room was very clean and everything was in working order. Little pricey for the thin soap and thin rough towels. Experienced a good night's sleep. Would return again since Silver City has little to choose for quality lodging.

The only place to Stay in Silver City

It appears that the whole place has been re-decorated with new carpeting, new paint and wall decorations in the rooms and new mattresses and TV's It has a great hot tub and pool and everyone there is helpful when needed. Another plus is the free-hi-speed internet I won't stay anywhere else in Silver City One complaint- I stayed there two weeks in August while a triple airline credits promotion was happening and got 1/2 credit to my southwest airlines rapid reward card. How can that be triple credits? James Stanovcak

Great Hotel

This hotel was very well maintained. They had new mattresses and 27 inch TV's. I have not seen a economy hotel with more ammenities then this hotel. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
