La Quinta Inn & Suites Tampa Brandon Regency Park, Brandon

They overcharged me despite jumping through all their hoops like an ignorant monkey, stay away from these crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There were 3 of us and we booked 2 rooms. We were all very happy with everything about the hotel. It was clean, affordable, friendly and very helpful staff as well! The location was ideal. We could walk to the mall, plaza, restaurants etc. We plan to stay there from now on. No complaints, just compliments!

We were searching for a nice hotel with good reviews, near Tampa, and I called the hotel prior to booking, and Sherry was so nice to answer my questions. And it was at that moment ,we knew we had found the right hotel for our trip to Florida. We were flying in from Seattle, Washington , and it was nice to know that we could check in at 1:00pm, unlike many other hotels, who won't let you check in until 4:00pm. The design of the hotel was for us, fun , because it had that Floridian feel, and we enjoyed the gazebo area, and the surrounding outside feel, it was all that we had wanted. So.... we want to thank all of the wonderful staff who made our stay so wonderful.And to Sherry... thank you again for taking the time to answer our questions over the phone prior to our booking. WE are huge fans of good "Customer Service" , and you all did an exceptional job. And we didn't get to know everyone... but thank you to Carmen as well, she was kind, and kept the breakfast area clean. And we are also big on cleanliness, and food handling. One added note: The beds were so comfortable. Thanks again everyone at this establishment for making our stay so incredible! Blessings....

I BOOKED A HOTEL FOR SUPERBOWL WEEKEND MONTHS IN ADVANCE. I ASKED THE REP AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WAS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND SHE TOLD ME NO, NOT UNTIL CHECK IN. A FEW MONTHS LATER THEY REALIZED IT WAS SUPERBOWL WEEKEND AND THE GENERAL MANAGER CALLED, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SAYING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $1000 HAD TO BE PAID RIGHT NOW. HE WAS RUDE, WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE HE START YELLING AT ME SAYING HE WOULD NOT HOLD THE ROOM AND ETC. THEN I CALLED THEIR CORPORATE, HE FLAT OUT LIED TO THEM AND TOLD THEM HE TOLD BE ABOUT THE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. HOWEVER IF THAT WAS THE CASE THAN OBVIOUSLY I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THE ROOM WHEN I BOOKED IT. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS A LIAR AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE DELT WITH THEM, THE FIRST TIME THEY ACCIDENTLY CHARGED MY CARD 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME AMOUNT (700), SO I ENDED UP BROKE ON A TRIP BROKE UNTIL THEY COULD REFUND MY MONEY 3 DAYS LATER. ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY. NOT TO MENTION WHEN I ASKED THEM HOW CLOSE THEY WERE TO DOWNTOWN TAMPA THEY TOLD A MILE OR TWO, WHEN I GOT THIER IT WAS MORE LIKE 10MILES AND WHEN I MAPQUEST IT, IT WAS ACTUALLY 9. VERY BIG DIFFERENCE.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy. The hotel had a nice feel to it, very well kept. I would definetly go back.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. It was located near everything. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean. I would recommend it if your in the Brandon area. My only dislike was the food we ordered in from the pamphlet left in the room.. Mama Mia's Italian took an hour and a half to get to the room and was not good. Extremely small amount of food for the price.

I liked about the hotel is them rooms, they are big, with 2 beds. When you looked out of my window, i could walk right out and the pool was right there. Literally 5 steps away! they have numerous restraunts and shopping outlets about 3 minutes away from the hotel. The bathroom is a good size, too. Overall good hotel

My husband and I have stayed twice at this hotel, but we would be reluctant to stay here again. This time we had a neighbor with a dog who barked non-stop whenever we were in our room. This neighbor had not mentioned this dog when he checked in, as he was supposed to. We eventually got changed to another room, but it was an inconvenience at best. We have pets ourselves, but we don't take them on vacation, nor would we expect to have to deal with a pet left unattended in a room next to us. Otherwise, La Quinta was neat, clean, with a delicious breakfast buffet that features hot waffles. The pool area and the surrounding sitting area were lovely.

This hotel was the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. It was spotless, the hotel staff couldn't have been better. The Continental Breakfast was delicious with extras we have not seen in other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel.
