It had a great location. We didnt care for our room. It had an ajoining door to another room. The people next store were quite loud and the door between us didnt offer any sound protection. I was up most of the night. I had a 4 hour drive back to Pittsburgh very tired.

First off let me start by saying whatever you do DONT do a 3rd party reservation call the Hotel it's self. We did a 3rd party and it was all messed up! However the hotel did everything it took to get it all worked out for us. We had to have 2 rooms and one had to be Handicapped acessiable and let me tell you they definitly have this with HUGE showers that made it easy for our family members to get shower it even has a built in shower chair.Our rooms were cleaned every day! When ever we needed assistance even if it dint have to do with the HOTEL all we had to do was call them and they helped us. Even when we were lost driving around trying to find things we called and they directed us right to where we needed to go. They were super! This makes the second time this year we have stayed here and are already planning on coming back in the spring for the weekend. The Pool,Hot Tub and the Breakfast are worth it even if its just for a weekend away.

My daughter and spent 4 nights in this hotel for a nice family vacation. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and well kept with an abundant supply of towels. The free continental breakfast had a nice variety and there was plenty to go around. The staff was friendly and efficient. At one point we misplaced our room keys and they were replaced quickly with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised given the inexpensive rate of the room. We picked this hotel because it was convenient to Kings Island, the Cincinnatti Zoo and the Newport Aquarium. The location was perfect with nearby restauants and shopping right across the street. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area. My family will make this our hotel of choice when visiting the Cincinnati area.

The sheets were threadbare with holes. The bathroom smelled of mildew. The breakfast area was not clean and the food sparse shortly after opening. The desk staff was curt. The rrom was not made up until I called at 5:00 P.M. Would never stay there again.

great location if your doing KingsIsland otherwise keep driving.lazy lousy service for the 2 nights we stayed.one staffer on duty who does 20 different jobs except customer service...had to be buzzed into pool area, breakfast bar was skimpy and unkept. rooms were clean though. have stayed in cheaper hotels and had better service, better quality and staff appreciated my business.the more foreign ran hotels we stay in the worse the service gets..please keep driving for your families sake.

The Hotel was clean. However we stated there in January 25th & 26th 2008 when we arrived in front of the main door there was ice all over the parking lot and i slipped amd fell on the parking lot catching myself on the side of my jeep. I twisted my back hurting it and went in to the hotel to register and told them about what happened. The girl at the front desk admitted that she ran out of rock salt, but did nothing about my injury. We went to our room and the smoke detector was hanging from the wall and when we went to use the hottub is was way too hot. We reported both items to the hotel and the following day those items were fixed. So i decided to take a long hot shower to relieve my back pain and the shower rod fell off the hooks and almost hit me in the head. Sunday when we got ready to check out there was a stop type parking block on top of my jeep. The manager and a employee had to take it off my roof luckily it didnt damage my jeep. To this day the hotel has done NOTHING to compansate me for any of the injurys or the ruined weekend that we had there. Beware on going there unless you want the same things to happen to you . The manager would not do anything to rectify the situation and there insurance company said that they was NOT neglegent for having there driveway or parking lot cleared of ice. Go figure huh they got my money in advanced and i got the shaft. good luck if you stay there. Daryl Westfall

The only thing good about it was the location.They do not go that extra mile for their guests. Try asking for anything extra and your given all these reasons why they can't accomdate you. There is even a sign on the bathroom sinks that state do not use their towels and washcloths to remove make-up, shine shoes ect.. or you could be charged to replace them. I will gladly pay the extra money next time and stay where I am appreciated.

Our girl scout troop came in for only 1 night, but the management and staff made us feel like we were staying for a week. Everyone was kind and frindly. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. Great Job Ramada Limited!!!! Amy

I didn't even notice the lighting or heater. Before I came to the Ramada, I stayed at the Best Western in Ft Mitchell where I had no heat, and no phone among a million other problems. The service at the Ramada was top notch. Our room was spotless, and it came with a micro-fridge unit. Everything in the room worked. I don't know how helpful the front desk staff was because I never had a reason to call. Everything was taken care of. It's a great area with a number of restaurants within a few miles of there. The hotel was very clean. My 2 year old ate the continental breakfast in his football pajamas and I had no concerns about the cleanliness. Everyone was friendly. If I go to the Cincinnati area again, I will be staying there. Best of all, they had a special of $51 per night. (Avoid the BW at Ft Mitchell at all costs)
